Feeding and watering will be done by Superintendent. Exhibitors are requested to bring containers for food and water for all waterfowl. All birds are examined by department personnel who shall also receive and examine all certificates necessary. In case of sickness, the birds will be rejected. 26 Standard of perfection will be the guide in awarding premiums. Awards will be made by comparison by a competent licensed A.P.A. or A.B.A. judge. All birds disqualified will not be awarded a prize.  The terms cock, cockerel, hen, and pullet are defined as follows: Cock, male bird hatched prior to January 1, 2013; cockerel, a male bird hatched since January 1, 2013; hen, a female bird hatched prior to January 1, 2013; pullet, a female bird hatched since January 1, 2013. In the case of waterfowl, old refers to birds hatched prior to January 1, 2013, and young refers to birds hatched since January 1, 2013. Waterfowl classes may be consolidated by the Superintendent where the number of entries does not warrant separate classes. No cards or distinguishing marks will be allowed on the coops or birds until after awards are made. The association will not be responsible for accidents or loss by fire, heat, theft, or malicious intent. Ribbons presented 03 places.
