All specimen blooms should have foliage with them. Containers for arrangements and bouquets must be furnished by exhibitor and should be suitable to the exhibit. All entries must be grown by the amateur exhibitor. All plant material should be clean, but not artificially treated. Specimen blooms must be exhibited with their own foliage attached to stems. Specimens should be free of insect spray residue. Entries must be in place by 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17 and will be released at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 21. We will not be responsible for flowers and containers after 8:00 p.m. on that date. Ribbons presented through 03 place.
